Shizuoka Bank, North American Branch (“Shizuoka Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Employee Data Collection Notice (the “Employee Data Collection Notice”) to provide information to California residents as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

This notice applies to California residents who are either (i) current or former employees, officers, directors, or independent contractors at Shizuoka bank or (ii) applying to be an employee, officer, director, or independent contract at Shizuoka Bank (collectively, “Employees”).

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
